MapleStory DS (Korean: 메이플스토리 DS) is a Nintendo DS adaptation of the original MMORPG game for Windows called MapleStory. Nexon released the game on April 15, 2010 in South Korea.It is currently under development by Nexon in cooperation with Nintendo.
It has been confirmed that MapleStory DS will not be a multiplayer game. In an interview with the manager of international business development at Nexon Stephen Lee, Lee explained that the upcoming game is simply a single player game with limited multiplayer features. In addition, it has been announced that MapleStory DS will not support WiFi.
